When I opened Zenergy Massages LLC my hope was to provide people with a natural way of healing pain but also share my knowledge of the body & promote a healthier lifestyle.

For majority of my life, I suffered from chronic pain and migraines. I decided to do my own research into more holistic healing. After receiving my first massage I was fascinated with how you can help ease someone's pain with just touch.

I started my journey of massage therapy 14 years ago and am truly happy to say that I found my purpose in life. I love learning and understanding my clients needs on a deeper level.

I believe in the long term benefits of massage therapy and what it can do for your body physically and mentally.

I grew up with massage as an integral part of my life and had the privilege of learning from mentors who blended multiple modalities into a cohesive approach. My work is grounded in kinesiology, athletic performance, and holistic therapies.

My approach centers on creating a space where people feel safe, heard, and supported. Each session is guided by the individual—your history, your needs, and your goals. At its core, my work is about reconnection. The body is not a collection of separate systems, but an integrated whole. By working with both the physical and nervous systems through massage, I aim to support a sense of coherence—helping you feel more present, more aligned, and more at home in your body
